Candy Collector

Cafe World's Candy Collector is a side feature that is timed at 6 days. Players can cook and request things to fill up their candy jar. Each item adds a certain amount of height to the size of the candy jar. There are 4 new recipes players can cook that are tied to this event. They are Berry Jujubees, Blue Gummies, Truffles, and Marshmallows.

Lemon Cart

Cafe World's Lemon Cart is a small minigame that can be played with tickets. You use 4 tickets per play, which means you can choose 4 glasses to fill the pitcher. Once you pick a glass, it will tell you how full the glass was. If the pitcher overflows, you get rewarded with Super Salt or Power Pepper (speculation, as I only played it once to see what it was). If you manage to fill it to the brim and not spill, the reward is a Lemon themed 6x Ultra stove.

You start off with 20 free tickets. Click "Play for 4" to start the game. After you run out of tickets, you can post to your wall to collect more.

Now the glasses are open so you can click on them. Once you pick one, it will show you how much the glass had in it. After the lemonade goes into the pitcher, you get random rewards like Six Hour Thyme, or Twelve hour Thyme. At any point in time, you can choose to keep the reward you got and exit the game, or try to fill the pitcher without spilling.

I kept going to see if I could fill the pitcher, but I ended up spilling, and this is the reward I got. I only played it once because I wanted to see how it worked.

Go for the Record

Cafe World has released the Go for the Record event, a timed event where players try to build the tallest burger they can. There are different ingredients to choose from. Condiments are wall posts and asks, and meat is cooked on the stove. When I got this, there were a little over 12 days left on the timer.

There is a daily record players can try to reach, which is marked in the right hand column by the big yellow box. Different ingredients add different amounts of height to your burger. Players who manage to hit the daily target receive rewards. The reward at this time is 6 Instant Thymes.

Flower Garden

Cafe World has released the Flower Garden. This is a feature where players can build a flower garden and grow flowers for their cafes.

Step 1: Pick a flower you want to grow from the Flower Book, then click "Grow."

Step 2: Fertilizing your flowers is like spicing your dishes. It makes them grow instantly. There is also a "Fertilize All" button.

Step 3: When your flower has bloomed, you can harvest it. Finished flowers will appear in the cafe if you have an empty vase available.

Step 4: Vases are like counters for your flowers. Flowers will wilt over time. Flowers will appear in empty vases.

Step 5: Vases can be earned in the White Orchid and Black Orchid goal chains, or they can be bought for coins under the Functional menu, Specialty Items tab.

Step 6: Flowers will raise Cafe Happiness level. Wilted flowers will lower Cafe Happiness level.

Happiness Level: The maximum happiness level occurs when you have 6 fresh flowers in your cafe. Clicking on the customers who walk in with a yellow smiley face will help you earn free spices.

6 Active Flowers: Happy customers walk in with yellow smiley faces. Click them to earn spices.
4 Active Flowers: Buzz Bonus
2 Active Flowers: 10% coins from dishes served
No Flowers: No reward
Wilted Flowers: No reward

Indoor Garden - After you finish building the Flower Garden, click on it to open the Flower menu. Here you can choose what flowers you want to grow. The garden shows you how many pots/vases you have unlocked. At the start, 2 pots will be open for use.

This is the flower menu. The flowers available when you first start are Daffodils, Lilies, Tulips, and Sunflowers. Click on "Grow" and the flower will appear in an empty pot. You can fertilize it for cash, or just let it grow on its on. Fertilizing is like using an Instant Thyme on a stove; it makes the flower instantly grow.

Don't know how many Mastery Levels there are, all it says is "Time to Next Mastery Level." Flowers will not wilt until you put them in their vases. When the flower has wilted, click on the vase to throw it away.

Taste Lab

The Taste Lab is a new feature in Cafe World. This feature is an addition to the cookbook where players can create their own dishes. This feature was unlocked with the Signature Dish goals. To begin, click on the Taste Lab section in your cookbook. It is located where the rest of the cuisines are, and is at the very top of the list. Once you've opened that, click Base Ingredients.
The following instructions will show you how to create a dish.

Base Ingredients
The two ingredients available are Spaghetti and White Rice. Click on either one to add it to your dish. More ingredients can be bought in the Marketplace or received as rewards for completing goals.

Once you've chosen your Base Ingredient, you can add Meats and More. Click on that category to see some available ingredients.

Meats and More
The ingredients available are Chicken and Tuna. Click on one of them to add it to your dish.

The third ingredient category is Sauces. Click the button to see available ingredients.

Sauces
The sauces available are Marinara and Teriyaki. Click on one of the sauces to add it to your dish.

Create or Edit
For now, those are the only available categories of ingredients. Click the Create button when you are done or the Back button if you want to change something.

A box with a cursor will pop up and you can name your dish. Now the DishMaster will keep track of how many times you have served your dish and how many times people have given you feedback on your dish. To finish creating your dish, click ok.

From now on when you click on the DishMaster or go into the cookbook and click on Taste Lab, you will see your creations in your cookbook. To ask for feedback, click on the Taste Lab, select your dish, and click the Get Feedback button.

This will ask you to post to your wall, and friends will click on the post. Important news is that on the post it will say "Chance for free spice." Friends must click on that link in order for the feedback to actually post to your dish. If they simply comment on it without clicking the link, the game will not register it.

If you have too much clutter in your cafe, you can put the DishMaster in storage and still have access to the Taste Lab since you can get to it through your cookbook.

Professor Burke No Spoil

Cafe World has given players a free no spoil statue that lasts until October 2nd. The statue is of Professor Burke from the Farmers Insurance commercials. This statue does not need to be built. Once you place it, it is complete.

Grandma's Lost Recipes

Cafe World has released a new feature called Grandma's Lost Recipes. Players can unlock certain limited time dishes as well as some new recipes.

To access this new feature, open your cookbook, and under the cookbook, you will find a bar, which is highlighted in red in the above picture. Click "Unlock a new dish!" to get started. After that is clicked, the following window will pop up.

Here, you will see the recipes available to unlock. Clicking "Unlock" under any dish will bring up a goal box in which you will have to complete tasks to unlock the recipe. Once you have clicked on one recipe, you will have to complete the goal before you can see the goals for the other recipes.

This is the goal box for the Choco-Scotch Clusters recipe.

Once you have unlocked a recipe, the bottom of your cookbook will change. There will be a progress percentage for the recipe you have chosen, a "View Goal" button, and an "Unlock with Cash" button.

After you have finished the goal for the recipe, it should show up in your cookbook.
