Winterfest - Upgrade the Gift Wrapper

Cafe World's Upgrade the Gift Wrapper part of the Winterfest goals is a 15 part goal chain that includes the Gift Table and the Gift Wrapper. Players will be prompted to place both in their cafe, but the Gift Wrapper is the only one that is a buildable.

The gift wrapper allows you to send gifts to your friends every 4 hours. Gifts can be opened on December 24th and contain dishes, stoves, decor, and raffle tickets. The upgrade means you get a multiplier for the number of raffle tickets you can have. Normally, you would need to collect 1,000 raffle tickets if you wanted to have the maximum entries in the sweepstakes. If you manage to upgrade your gift wrapper to its full capacity, you will only have to collect 500 tickets to get your maximum.

*Note* Raffle tickets are not needed to finish these goals, so don't let the numbers scare you. They were only mentioned to explain what the gift wrapper upgrades are for.
